Frequently Asked Questions

Product Development

What should I include in a product brief?

Share the product family, intended use, target user, reference images or tech packs, materials or performance priorities, size range, branding locations, estimated quantity, destination and required timing. The team can then identify open technical and commercial questions.

Which product families can I brief through VoizerGear?

You can start with sportswear, gymwear, teamwear, boxing, martial-arts equipment and fitness accessories shown in the catalogue. If your exact item is not listed, submit the closest reference and describe the required construction and use case for feasibility review.

Can I submit a tech pack or reference sample?

Yes. Mention the available files or sample in your brief. Drawings, measurement tables, artwork and reference products help define the review, but final feasibility is confirmed only after the requirements are assessed.

How are materials and construction selected?

State the target feel, use, durability, weight, stretch, protection or care requirements. Suitable material and construction options can then be discussed against the product type, target price and programme needs.

How does sampling fit into development?

Describe whether you need a fit sample, appearance sample, functional sample or pre-production approval. Sampling scope, revisions, timing and charges are confirmed for the specific programme rather than assumed from a generic product page.

Quotation & Ordering

How do I request a quotation?

Add relevant products to the Quote list or start a product brief, then provide quantities, variants, branding, packaging and delivery destination. These details are reviewed before a commercial quotation is prepared.

Why is pricing not fixed on every product page?

VoizerGear is organised for B2B product development. Material, construction, decoration, quantity, packaging and delivery requirements can change the commercial basis, so pricing is confirmed against an approved brief.

How are minimum quantities handled?

Minimum quantities depend on the product, material, colour, decoration and production setup. Share the estimated volume and repeat-order plan so the viable route can be reviewed without publishing an unverified universal MOQ.

What affects lead time?

Development complexity, sampling, material availability, artwork approval, quantity, packaging and delivery method all affect timing. A programme-specific schedule is confirmed after the brief is reviewed.

Can a quotation include several product families?

Yes. Build a Quote list across relevant catalogue items and note shared branding, packaging or delivery requirements. Keeping each item and quantity clear helps the team prepare an accurate multi-product review.

Branding & Packaging

Can products carry our brand identity?

Include logo files, placement, size, colour and finish requirements in the brief. Available branding methods and artwork constraints are confirmed for the selected material and product construction.

Can custom labels and packaging be reviewed?

Yes. Specify label types, care information, barcodes, hangtags, bags, cartons and any market-specific presentation requirements. Feasibility and commercial impact are confirmed with the quotation.

Which artwork files should I provide?

Vector artwork is preferred for logos and repeatable production marks. Also provide colour references, placement dimensions and any brand-use rules. The team will identify anything else needed for the selected decoration method.

Delivery Planning

Which delivery information is needed?

Provide the destination country and postcode, requested arrival window, preferred shipping method if known, and whether the quotation should address a particular Incoterm. Final delivery terms are stated in the quotation.

Can you plan repeat or phased requirements?

Describe the forecast, launch date and likely repeat pattern in the brief. The team can review how approvals, production and delivery stages should be organised for that programme.

When are payment and commercial terms confirmed?

Payment, validity, currency, delivery basis and other commercial terms are confirmed in the formal quotation for the reviewed programme. Product-page guidance does not replace those agreed terms.
