B2B Enquiry and Quotation Conditions
VoizerGear uses a quote-led workflow because sports products vary by intended use, specification, customization and order context.
- 01
An enquiry or product brief is a request for evaluation, not an accepted order. Feasibility, price, quantity, sample route, production timing and delivery terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation.
- 02
Buyer-supplied specifications, artwork, size charts, labels and packing instructions should be complete, current and approved by the authorized contact.
- 03
Changes after quotation or approval may affect feasibility, sample work, price and timing. Revised requirements should be consolidated and acknowledged against the correct version.
- 04
The buyer is responsible for identifying market, federation, labeling, safety, testing and intellectual-property requirements that apply to the finished product. Required evidence should be stated in the brief.
- 05
Project-specific signed or accepted commercial documents take precedence over general website wording.
