Quality Assurance

A specification-led approach to input review, sample approval, in-process checks, final inspection and repeat-order records.

Quality assurance

Quality starts with an agreed product definition.

Inspection cannot correct an unclear specification. A useful quality plan connects the buyer-approved product, measurable requirements, visual references and product-specific risk points to the stages where they can be checked.

Control loop

Define, verify, record and improve.

Inputs

Specification review

Confirm product reference, materials, measurements, tolerances, artwork, labels, packing and any agreed test or inspection basis.

Before bulk

Approval control

Identify the approved sample or reference and record accepted revisions before production instructions are released.

During work

In-process checks

Check the characteristics that are most useful at the relevant construction stage rather than waiting until completion.

Before dispatch

Final review

Evaluate agreed appearance, measurement, function, quantity and packing criteria using the stated inspection plan.

After approval

Reference retention

Keep the specification and relevant product record associated with the reference used for repeat-order discussion.

When issues arise

Corrective learning

Describe the issue against evidence, identify its source and carry the approved correction into the controlled product record.

Product-specific checkpoints

The inspection plan should follow the product’s real risks.

Stretch apparel, sublimated teamwear, martial-arts uniforms and padded combat equipment do not share one universal checklist. Relevant checkpoints can cover dimensions, seam or reinforcement construction, print or embroidery placement, closure function, padding consistency, surface condition, labels and packing.

Agree before inspection

  • approved product and artwork references;
  • measurement method and tolerance basis;
  • visual and functional criteria;
  • sampling or inspection level where applicable;
  • treatment of critical, major and minor findings;
  • reporting, approval and corrective-action route.
