Manufacturing Process

A stage-gated route from buyer brief and feasibility review through sampling, approval, production, inspection and packing.

Manufacturing flow

Every stage should answer a different question.

A clear process prevents design discussion, commercial assumptions and production instructions from becoming one uncontrolled conversation. The exact route depends on the product, but the decision gates remain visible.

Understand sampling

Stage-gated workflow

From requirement to controlled handover.

  1. 01

    Discovery and product scope

Identify the buyer, intended user, product family, quantity context, reference material and decisions still open.

  2. 02

    Feasibility and specification review

Review construction, material, branding, sizing, documentation and any product-specific constraints before quotation.

  3. 03

    Material and component route

Confirm the proposed fabric, leather or synthetic option, trims, colors, labels and relevant availability assumptions.

  4. 04

    Pattern, artwork and sample preparation

Prepare the product interpretation needed for the agreed sample stage and record the version under review.

  5. 05

    Buyer evaluation and revision

Assess fit, function, construction, appearance and branding; return consolidated feedback against the correct sample.

  6. 06

    Approval and production handoff

Freeze the approved specification, artwork and relevant tolerances before bulk work is released.

  7. 07

    Production and in-process checks

Follow the approved reference while checking the product at the stages appropriate to its construction.

  8. 08

    Final review, packing and records

Check the agreed final criteria, apply packing instructions and retain the product reference needed for reorders.

Gate A

Ready to quote?

The product and commercial scope are sufficiently clear to state what is included and what remains conditional.

Gate B

Ready to approve?

Feedback is resolved against the right version and any remaining differences are explicitly recorded.

Gate C

Ready to produce?

The approved specification, artwork, quantities and instructions form one controlled production handoff.
