Claims and Resolution Process
Custom and private-label programmes are reviewed against the documents approved for that project rather than a generic retail return promise.
- 01
Report a concern promptly through the contact stated in the quotation and identify the purchase reference, product, affected quantity and date received.
- 02
Provide clear photographs or video, packaging evidence and a concise description of how the delivered item differs from the approved specification or sample.
- 03
Preserve the affected goods and packing until the review is complete. Do not repair, relabel, distribute or dispose of them unless instructed in writing.
- 04
The review considers the approved specification, accepted tolerances, sample status, artwork, packing instruction, inspection record and agreed commercial terms.
- 05
Any remedy—such as correction, replacement, credit or another agreed action—depends on the verified cause and the project-specific terms. No outcome or response period is implied by this general page.
